The backbone subsystem is used for transmission between buildings. Generally, multi-pair twisted pair or multimode fiber is used. The fiber has strong anti-interference ability, so there is no problem like twisted pair after installation. However, the fiber itself?is fragile, so the core is easy to break by strong pulling or bending. Then it’s necessary that?the?experienced engineers guide installation?on site.?
The fiber distribution frame is divided into two types: wall-mounted and frame-type. According to the number of end-connected?fibers, it can be divided into 24 ports, 48 ports, and 72 ports. There are adapter plates on the distribution frame to install the coupler. Before entering the distribution frame, the fiber should be properly bundled. After entering the distribution frame, some?spare cables should be reserved?to facilitate installation and maintenance. The spare cables?should be on the reel of the fiber distribution frame.
Management subsystem ?
The management subsystem is the most complicated part of the project. This part should fully consider the impact of environment?and termination processes. Electromagnetic radiation is a major factor in considering the installation environment of the management?subsystem. The influence of electromagnetic radiation mainly comes from two aspects, one is the impact of environment on system transmission, and the other is the impact of system on environmental equipment in the process of information transmission. In buildings, the impact of the environment on system transmission mainly comes from strong electromagnetic radiation sources, such as radio stations, elevators, motors, UPS, etc. If the impact is large, shielding measures should be considered, or the location of a longer distance should be selected.
The termination process of the cabling system is an important factor that directly affects system performance. The installation?of the connection accessories mainly affects the near-end crosstalk and attenuation of the wiring system, and the?two?parameters are important basis for judging the system performance. In the management subsystem, environmental ventilation, lighting, pH, humidity and other conditions are also considered. These factors will cause corrosion and aging of the terminal fittings, which will affect the system performance after a long time. Safety in the management subsystem should also be considered. The termination accessories are preferably installed in wiring cabinets or wall cabinets.
